3. Accuracy of Information

All information provided by the client (documents, GST details, product data, images, etc.) must be accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

4. Account Responsibility

The seller is responsible for maintaining the security of their Amazon Seller Central login. We recommend using user permissions rather than sharing main login credentials. Any misuse due to shared access is not our responsibility.

5. Amazon Policy Compliance

We follow Amazon’s rules and policies strictly. We are not responsible for account suspensions or violations arising from the seller’s actions, product issues, restricted items, or policy breaches.

6. Payment & Service Charges

All paid services must be cleared in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. Service charges are non-refundable once work has started, except in cases where the service could not be delivered due to our fault.

7. Free Account Setup Service

Our free Amazon seller account setup includes onboarding guidance, documentation support, and basic configuration. Any additional service beyond onboarding may fall under paid service categories.

8. Third-Party Platforms

We are an Amazon Authorised Partner but not a representative of Amazon. Any decisions made by Amazon regarding account approvals, ad performance, or policy actions are solely controlled by Amazon.

9. Project Timelines

Estimated timelines for listings, ads, or other services may vary depending on workload, Amazon approvals, and client responsiveness. Delays due to external factors are not our responsibility.

10. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service or feature on the website without prior notice.

11. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and handle all business information, documents, and credentials with confidentiality. We do not share or misuse client data.

12. Limitation of Liability
