Is MellaRoS honey completely pure and raw?
Absolutely. MellaRoS honey is 100% pure, raw, and natural. We source our honey directly from pristine, pollution-free high-altitude mountains and deep forests. It undergoes zero ultra-filtration and has no added sugar, no chemicals, and no artificial colors or preservatives. It is honey exactly as the bees made it.
Why does my honey look cloudy or crystallized? Is it spoiled?
Not at all! Crystallization is the ultimate sign of 100% pure, raw, and unprocessed honey. High-quality honey contains natural sugars and pollen that naturally crystallize over time, especially in cooler temperatures. If you prefer it liquid, simply place the jar in warm water (under 40°C) for a few minutes. Never microwave or boil raw honey, as high heat destroys its beneficial enzymes.
What makes High-Altitude Mountain Honey different from regular store-bought honey?
Regular commercial honey is highly processed, heated, and often ultra-filtered to look transparent, which destroys all its nutritional value, pollen, and health benefits. Does raw honey expire?
Real, raw honey never expires! Due to its low moisture content and natural acidity, bacteria cannot grow in it. While its color and texture might change or crystallize over time, it remains perfectly safe and healthy to consume for years if stored properly in an airtight container.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email. You can also track your shipment directly on our website by visiting the Track Orders page and entering your Order ID.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the order is packed and handed over to our logistics partners (like Delhivery or Shipyaari), we won't be able to alter the shipping address.
What should I do if my honey jar arrives damaged?
We take utmost care in packaging our honey in premium jars to avoid any transit damage. However, if your package arrives broken or leaking, please take a clear photo or unboxing video and share it with us via WhatsApp (+91 8077090743) or Email within 24 hours. We will arrange a free replacement for you immediately.
What is your return and refund policy?
Since honey is a food/consumable product, we do not accept returns once the seal is broken due to hygiene and safety standards.
